Not a good way to start the year...
Well my first day back to work in the new year and (I still can't believe this) my truck was stolen from my work parking deck. Oh my beloved truck "Xena" is gone! So instead of sewing and downloading photos from my trip, I have been on the phone with insurance people, etc. Nothing of value besides a pair of shoes, a Michigan ice scraper (can't find good ice scrapers here in the south), some magazines, and coffee mugs was in the truck. Well things can only get better from here right?

How rotten for you. It's not just losing a car (or truck) that's such a pain, it's all the paperwork that you have to do afterwards for the police and the insurance company, and then the expense of getting about somehow until you can replace the vehicle. As you can tell - I've been there, and I know how you must be feeling.

Hey, but look at it this way, my van, Bullseye, got totalled last year, so we got a red Camry, Mushu. And now we all love zippy Mushu!
I hate people doing these kind of things. It makes you feel so bad and disppointed. Hope all went well with the insurance!

Mike wants to know if "Xena" was micro-chipped??? Funny, funny man! So sorry to you have to go thru this, but your next truck will be even better!
That's terrible! I hope that you get things resolved soon...it's such a pain in the neck!
Bummer girl! What a pain in the neck. So sorry '09 began in such a yucky way!
