Done with Summer
OK we are OVER summer already here in the ATL. It's supposed to be in the upper 90s the rest of the week and possibly up to 100. Hello it's 80 degrees outside right now at 1:11 AM. This is Edgar Poe's summertime pose for hot and humid ATL,

We're forecast for some real summer weather for the next few days - luckily, we can guarantee that it never lasts for more than a few days. I love your cat's 'I give up' position; we used to have a cat that lay like that. By-the-way, what does ATL stand for?
Can you believe some people are wishing for hot weather?? These next few days are going to be fierce. Edgar looks just like his jungle cousin :-)
I am in Atl too, but I work in a freezing building. At the end of the day I sit in my boiling car and thaw out before I drive home. It is tough-hot outside. Yardwork is going to be left undone.
It looks like it is going to be really hot the next few days. Stay cool!
I can not complain since I have had my AC off for the past week. It has felt more like England than Virginia. Hang in there.

Great "cat" pictures! Yes, it's hot, but I'm not ready to be finished with Summer. I'm just getting into a summer rhythm. Swim meet tonight. We're going to cook before the sun sets.
