We both LOVED the movie. It was a funny, entertaining, all around great movie. A timeless kind of of movie that reminded me how fun movies can be (think of 1930s and 1940s movies).Meryl Streep is amazing, beyond amazing. Just go ahead and give her the Oscar now.

My DH surprised me by suggesting we see it. I thought it was a chick flick, ok by me, but he read a review and decided he would like it, too.
thanks for the review! (sigh) i have squandered the entertainment budget the past few months on HP & the HBP and Transformers and Star Trek (3 times) and Wolverine ... guess i will have to wait for the dvd (another sigh)
